How much for winning a MacArthur grant?

I can't decide which incentive clause in Alfonso Soriano's obscene contract with the Cubs less likely to happen:

- $350,000 if he is selected the World Series MVP
- $75,000 if he wins a Gold Glove

  1. I would have to say the Gold Glove is the least likely. After all, the Cubs could conceivable get hot - the NL Central will still be weak and you never know in OCT. David Eckstein just one the WS MVP and one year it was Pat Borders, so you never know.

Then again, if Derek Jeter can win 3 gold gloves, the voters (managers and coaches) could be silly enough to see something like Soriano having the most OF assists....
