That was fun.

The best part about it was the eternal question - which will happen first. The US winning the World Cup or the Red Sox winning the World Series.

Well, now we know the answer. Perhaps a new question - KC make the playoffs again or the US winning a World Cup.

With the US losing 3-0, they not only need to win the last two, but they will need some help as well. Not looking good. But then again, speaking of 3-0, that kind of reminds me of 2004....Xhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07619431779431103280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10243036.post-1150155426818465122006-06-12T19:37:00.000-04:002006-06-12T19:37:00.000-04:00With Italy beating Ghana, it's win or go home for ...With Italy beating Ghana, it's win or go home for the US. As was Italy's first goal today.

The US could get some benefit if one of the 4 players with a Yellow gets another on saturday and then has to sit when CZE plays Italy, correct? But I think the only way for hte US to get through is to win both games. But having lost 3-0 makes tie breakers tough.Xhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07619431779431103280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10243036.post-1150147230549364822006-06-12T17:20:00.000-04:002006-06-12T17:20:00.000-04:00I blame this guy.
